Red Hot Apple Pie in a Cup


Directions:
  1. Cube 1 medium Fuji apple, and place in a microwave-safe cup or mug. 
  2. Top with 12 - 15 pieces of Red Hots Cinnamon Flavored Candy. (The more you use, the hotter the results!) Cover and microwave for 2 minutes. 
  3. Stir well, re-cover, and microwave for 1 – 2 minutes, until apple cubes are soft. Mix well, and let cool. Top with 2 crushed low-fat graham crackers (1/2 sheet), 2 tbsp. 
  4. Fat Free Reddi-wip, and a dash of cinnamon.
