Cucumber and Cream Cheese Sandwiches



Ingredients

1 large cucumber
4 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
½ Tbsp fresh dill
24 slices Pepperidge Farm® Dark Pumpernickel bread (party size)

Instructions
  1. Wash and peel cucumber. 
  2. Slice cucumber into 12 equal slices.
  3. Spread a thin layer of softened cream cheese on one slice of Dark Pump bread.
  4. Top the thin layer of cream cheese with a sprinkle of fresh dill.
  5. Place a cucumber slice on top of cream cheese and fresh dill.
  6. Top cucumber with another slice of pumpernickel bread.
  7. Repeat with remaining cucumber slices, cream cheese, and pumpernickel bread slices
